      Here’s everything you need to know about the plan!

      1. Who is eligible for the plan?

      The plan is open to all customers aged 18 years and above. Valid government-issued ID and proof of address may be required.

      2. What is the minimum installment amount required?

      The minimum installment amount to enroll in the plan is 1000 INR. Installments must be in multiples of 500 INR above the minimum (e.g., 1500 INR, 2000 INR, 2500 INR, etc.).

      3. How many installments are there and when are they due?

      The plan consists of 11 monthly installments. Each installment is due every 30 days, and the final installment must be paid within 7 days of its due date. Payments must be made on or before the due date each month.

      4. What payment methods are accepted?

      Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, UPI, or any other specified method from the store. UPI payments are allowed through the Mobile application.

      5. What is the zero making charge benefit?

      Upon completion of the 11 installments, customers can purchase gold jewelry without any making charges, except for diamond, precious, 18ct, and uncut ornaments.

      6. What happens if I make a late payment?

      Failing to pay the installment before the due date will result in plan lapse or cancellation.

      7. Can I cancel the plan?

      Cancellation may result in forfeiture of benefits of paid installments. The same amount can be used for the purchase of jewelry without the benefits.

      8. How do I purchase gold after the plan matures?

      After the maturity date, customers must purchase gold items within 15 days. Customers can select gold items equivalent to the total amount paid. Any amount exceeding the installments paid must be covered by the customer at the time of purchase, and the zero percent making charge benefit may not apply to the excess amount.

      9. Is the plan transferable?

      The plan is non-transferable and cannot be assigned to another person.

      10. What is the refund policy?

      No cash refunds will be provided once the plan is completed; only jewelry purchases are allowed. In case of any disputes, the company's decision will be final.

      The plan is subject to all applicable local and national laws and regulations. Customers are responsible for any taxes or duties associated with the purchase.
