1. What is the minimum amount to join the scheme?
₹1,000 per month, with additional contributions in multiples of ₹500.
2. Who is eligible to join?
Any individual aged 18 or older.
3. Can I Join the Scheme & make payments online?
Yes, you can join the scheme & make via card, or online transfers through Regal Jewellers mobile app available on Playstore and Appstore.
4. Can I cancel or close the scheme early?
Premature closure will cancel the scheme, and benefits will not be applicable, but you can still purchase jewellery for the accumulated amount.
5. Can I combine scheme benefits with other offers?
No, scheme benefits cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.
6. What is the primary benefit of the Akshayanidhi Plus Scheme in Kerala?
Customers can purchase Kerala, Bengali, and Bombay-style gold ornaments without any making charges.
7. What discounts are available on other jewellery types?
You receive a 25% discount on making charges for all other ornaments.
8. Can I redeem jewellery from any branch in Kerala?
You can visit any of our wholesale branches in Kerala for redemption.
9. What happens if I miss payments?
If payments are delayed by more than 30 days, the scheme will lapse, and you will only retain the accumulated gold weight without benefits.
10. What is the refund policy?
No cash refunds will be provided once the plan is completed; only jewelry purchases are allowed. In case of any disputes, the company's decision will be final.
